Our methodology is based on the best evidence regarding online learning and the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), ensuring that all participants have access to a variety of resources that cater to different learning styles and needs. We combine solid theoretical inputs, practical activities, and collaborative spaces. Although 90% of the course is asynchronous to provide flexibility, we also incorporate synchronous meetings that allow for a deeper exploration of key concepts, real-time question resolution, and the fostering of meaningful interaction between participants and the teaching team.
